A Ramble through Smilie Land

There have been a series of' sexual assults ' down one end of manchester, nothing unusal in a big city and Im keeping as safe as I can and Im going to nag koa about it when I see her. But what shocked me was this; This morning I was running late and feelin ill so i caught the bus and slumped in a far end I was surrounded by the normal gossiping girls. And Im pretty sure I heard one of them say something along the lines well if she was dressed to go to a club she was asking for it. CLassic Just world hypothesis(JWH), I mean I know I did it in psych but I never really belived it.
JWH is basically people want /need to belive that the world is an overall nice fair place, and so that radom violance can not happen and the victim must have been asking for it somehow. Now this is apparantly espicailly true of rape and such. Still I was pretty shocked to discover people actually think like that for real.
