The Nation of the Glorious Turnip

A thought on solitude.

Rating: 2 votes, 5.00 average.
Beings of light traverse the stars of winter's night.
Their search for the home of tepid solitude
is interspersed with the vastness of their travels
Yet starlight brings a freedom of thought to those that see
Their solitude as a forbidden sea.

Night It's a feeling. a bit of solitude once in a while is okay, most people even need it, but if you get stuck in solitude, you'll get lost and you'll need stars to guide your way across the sea. The stars represent the people that care about you, that are there for you if you want to get out of solitude when you are lonely. Not sure if I can explain it right, but I think this kind of covers it.

( ... Hey Aims, do you listen to Muse?)

I loved this, mister. It makes me want to be on the deck of a ship, on a cold night, well-alone, and well-traveled.
