Here We Go Again

Our paperwork has been moving along and is practically done but we have hit another bump in the road. It's a minor one but none the less a bump.
I had previously stated that all dates of Notarization must be less than 4 months old at time of submission. A few weeks ago I had to have our Home Study Agency update some paperwork because time was running out on them and didn't anticipate them taking 3 weeks to send them to me. In the interim, I had relooked at our FBI Indentification Records and noticed that the date stamped on them was 3/13. Uh Oh, time is running out and I knew we were not going to make the 4 month deadline, so once again we have to have them redone. It only takes about 2 weeks so it is not that bad.
The only thing left we have to do is have pictures taken of us (6 to be exact) and get all the other paperwork notarized. Then we can send them in for review. If all ok, we can then proceed to have them Apostilled. Once that is done we send them back to our adoption agency which will then be sent to the Embassy in Washington. If all ok there, then they are sent overseas to the embassy and ministry of education.
If I had to start the process all over again I would do some things differently like being more pro-active in getting the paperwork done but that's not to say I still wouldn't have encountered some problems along the way. Some things are just out of my control.
On the nursery front, we should be done taking down the wallpaper this weekend. Yeah, I know it's been taking a long time but we have not been working on it every day. I'm at the point where I just want it done!!!
