As you may recall my primary doctor refused to contact the NYS Education Department to obtain a Verification Letter for me regarding her license so I had to switch to my husband's doctor. My husband's doctor made the call and told me I can request the letter myself which I did last week. Today I received exactly what I needed. It's a basic letter as I told my original doctor attesting to the fact that the doctor is in good standing and no charges have been made against him. It's signed and notarized as it should be.

I had to do the same thing for my social worker so I should receive that letter sometime next week.

The balance of paperwork that we have left should be a breeze.
