Procrastination

Does anyone else here have a problem with procrastination?
On one hand, most days I'm super-efficient, and while people at work are talking/eating lunch I'm reading, revising a piece, preparing envelopes to mail out to publishers, etc. Then there are days like today when I am aware I could be working out, applying for jobs, mailing letters to publishers or reading but I do nothing. I just sit here on my computer and play on online-literature or download music I can't afford.

What do you to do quit your procrastination? I always feel guilty when I'm not being productive and yet at the same time it feels good to do nothing.

During the week, I am a model of efficiency. The rest of the time....not so much

Sometimes, when I am drained and spent, a little procrastination is my brain's way of dealing with it. When I really really need to get something done, it does. Painfully so, now and then, because there are things that deserve procrastination (like scrubbing a shower stall....HATE that job). To smash through the procrastinating force shield? Hmmmmm.... Nine Inch Nails played a bit too loudly? Guess the bottom line is that we all have this demon within, don't beat yourself, my dear Countess!
