We are the Universe

Rate this Entry
New days, new eyes,
My own heart is new,
always with a single,
eternal flame for my true love.
Now I meditate, and find
my peaceful center,
My own heart is forged of this love,
this one eternal flame.
I am simply, and I am happy,
I am nothing except, "I am."
All false layers shed, I am truth,
I am simply the universe,
We are the universe.
The simple source of all,
is within the heart of all.
So I listen to my source,
I always turn to my source.
We are not separate from our source,
we are not different from the universe.
That peaceful center is within all,
we all come from it.
We think, "How wrong, someone said, this all is illusion."
But it is - we do not feel, we do not know,
We come from that source!
We exist in that source.
It is the truth alone which comes from that source.
So I listen, I meditate,
and I am at peace.

I liked it too Nik, but I liked mostly the beginning. The beginning does not try to explain and I don't find the explanations that poetic. This is what I thought best:

Nik I just noticed a typo in that comment which I just corrected. It should say "The beginning does not try to explain..." I had left out the "not".

The destruction of finitude. Reminds me of Aurobindo. Cool.
