People piss me off

I feel like raving right now. No particular reason, just it hasn't been a very good afternoon. My topic of piss-me-off-ness: people. Nobody in particular, just everybody. I wish I had a dollar for every time I called someone, knowing they wouldn't answer and knowing they wouldn't call me back. So, counting everyone I know, not people I'm related to (which is quite a lot, believe it or not) I have one friend that will return my phonecalls. Out of however hundreds of people I know. Maybe it isn't all that big a deal, but today it just pisses me off. Not to mention that someone who has been pissing me off for lets see . . . since, December, I believe? Yes.
My other topic of piss-me-off-ness: auto parts stores. I went to NAPA this morning to get some valve seals and some head gaskets. Simple things, right? NAPA had to order the head gaskets from Denver. WTF? Those are not too weird of a request, is it? So, I paid out the ******* to get them here by this afternoon so I can install them tonight. Still haven't heard from them. So, I had to go to Auto Zone to get my valve seals. Talked with the idiot for five minutes before he realized I wasn't talking about tire valves, but engine valves. Yes, engine valve OIL seals. Seriously. Not that f-ing complicated.

    Ok. First off, NEVER!!!!!!! I repeat NEVER go to autozone for anything other than windshield wipers. The people that work there are the kids that were too stupid to work at grease monkey.
    Second of all, you gotta think that you own an 83 dodge. The engine they put in that was too big to be popular, so napa isnt gonna have head gasket laying around.
    Thirdly, I am proud to say that I'm pretty sure I'm the friend that calls you back.
    As far as people go, who needs um?

    Yeah, that is why I went to NAPA first. They didnt have anything I needed. They usually do, but not today. They could have raped me for 99 bucks if I wanted to get an entire kit of bull**** I don't need.

    You just not call anyone...
    Problem solved.

    As for the car problem, I have no advice. I'm almost 18 and I've yet to get my driver's permit.

    Awwwwwwwwwww -- be 57, have a heart attack, then wait for your FAVORITE Moderator to notice-- and wait -- and wait and well you get the idea.

    Seriously always had good service with NAPA but I am a total idiot about cars and easy to please to boot so no harm done there.

    My third best friend in the world Calls maybe - jusy maybe once every 10 years so I've got six to go before I start getting nervous. And this friend actually LIKES me too.

    Sigh.

    Long story short-- people don't tick me off any more I just keep my expectations very very low.

    Don't drive, don't care... pissed off at people because the bus has crap service and costs $2.50

    I empathize, however... getting ripped off is probably among the worst feelings in the world.

    I never minded being ripped off; I guess I'm somewhat weird that way.

    The world is filled with people who will piss you off skib. You're going to have to get used to it. Yeah I know how it feels, and it doesn't get easier at work. People are designed to rub each other the wrong way. I think it's in the way we're wired.

    Hey you can install head gaskets? Cool, I'll be sure to ask you for car advice. Hope that won't piss you off.
