The leaves are falling,
soon the ground will be covered.
So now, to rest a while,
beside the ocean,
'Tis medicine for an unsettled mind.

Words, form, thought, and ego,
Left so far, so far behind,
that there is only peace,
full and complete.
Amazing what you cannot find,
Until they are left so far, so far behind.

Nothing but stillness,
the deepest essence,
unobstructed mind.
Immersed in the essence
of limitless mind.
Nothing missing,
nothing not included.
Every perspective included,
within the essence.
