I am totally depressed right now becasue I got a C on my paper for my Milton/Paradise Lost class.

I know I should just get over it and forget about it since it is still a passing grade but it has been forever since the last time I have gotton lower then a B on a paper.

The teacher is just way too over critical and nit-pickey about every single tiny little thing. I do not dislike her on a whole, she is interesting, and she knows a lot of stuff and she is nice in class.

But she grades impossibly hard

    Consideirng I always get A's and B's from other teachers, then it is her problem not mine.

    There is always one teacher that we just can't seem to do well. There was a teacher for 19th century novel that was just horrible. He was not a good teacher at all. Still i didn't think I would do bad on his tests, but no matter what I submitted I got a C, and I had almost all As in literature. He was just a schmuck and I have never hated a teacher before, but I hated him. As it turned out I wasn't the only one that had a problem with him.

    I take it the class has not ended yet, Muse. So why don't you sit with the teacher and see what you have to improve on and what you need to do to climb to a B. Once you're your situation, it's best to work closer with the teacher, if you get along with her that is.

    As I said in my post I really do not dislike her and she is a nice person, she just grades, very hard and very stritcly. She ripped on the whole class and was like everyone had problems on thier papers and pointed out all these things that we all did wrong.

    I am currently working on the second paper we have for the class so I am just going to try to make this paper kick ***
