strained?

Well, I think I did strain my hand using that ****ty space bar. Seriously, this school should come with a warning. My hand still aches a bit now but it could’ve been worse, it’s probably not even a strain anyway, just an ache. I’m using a better space bar today, though I’m trying to mind my hand when I get a twinge. I’ve finally taken a trip back to Narnia, yesterday I continued reading from where I left off, and not a moment too soon I say, because I’ve got another two books to read after this and I don’t know when/if I’ll ever come across them again, so I might as well take advantage of one good thing the school has. Another minor complaint, I’ve got a loose tooth. I’ve had it for ages, years and it just won’t budge. But now I’ve started playing with it to get rid of it. I haven’t lost a tooth for years, I’ve almost forgotten what to do. It’ll be so weird. When it’s loose enough I eat a slice of bread. That’s how my last two came out, a few years ago, when I bit into a sandwich with a loose tooth. The next time I did it with plain bread. But I think I’ve tried it too soon this time because I’ve done it twice and it’s not come out, just loosened. Then mum had to go and personify it and now I don’t want it to go. I was fine before. Then she had to say “it doesn’t want to leave you”, personify the tooth and now I feel too attached to it. Typical. I hoped to be rid of it before we make our next dentist appointment (We’re already overdue, but the crafty git’s gone private now, so he’ll be charging more) because a few years ago I promised the dentist that I’d let him freeze it out and since then he seems to have forgotten it exists (It’s a canine and the adult tooth grew in front of it ages ago, so if you just glanced you’d think it was just another molar.) The thing is it has to come out in the end. It hasn’t been properly cleaned since it started to become loose.
It seems kind of symbolic to be turfing out your last recognisable baby tooth in your last year as a teenager.
Oh well.
Bluebird out.
