I did a persuasive speech today in my speech class on homeschooling and I got an A. My professor even told me afterward that I had done well and that he liked my enthusiasm. As I've taken speech before, I know that I do persuasives well - when my topic is something I thoroughly believe in and can get carried away with. Of course, this was such a topic, as you () know. Surprisingly, the Q & A time didn't get very heated. I felt really complimented when someone in the class told me that she had a question but that I had answered it before the end of the speech.
