This morning I went for my usual walk alkong the boardwalk. It was hot but there was a fairly nice breeze. I had my Ipod and I was walking to the music of Faith Hill (usually I walk to ABBA, which happens to be great music to walk too by the way).
After my walk (did 3.8 miles, burned 359 calories and walked 9613 steps)I sat on a bench and just looked out into the ocean. It was fairly clear out and as I was looking at the water it looked like thousands of tiny lights blinking on the water. Close your eyes and imagine it is pitch black out and all you see are lights (like stars) glistening on the water. I sat there for about 15 minutes and was mesmerized by the water.
Looks like it might rain here sometime today so I am glad I got my walk in.
