Someone around here said they really liked this guitarist ;)
I definitely do as well.

These are Sailing to Philadelphia, and Lady Writer, from the same album Communique, I believe, which is amazing, worth buying. Hope you like them.

    Great entry Nik. I love Mark Knopfler. He's nearly become my favorite guitarist. I have three of his albums. I love them all: Sailng To Philadelphia, The Ragpiper's Dream, and Kill To Get Crimsom. Check them out. There are youtube clips from all of them. Of course I've got some of his Dire Straits stuff too when he was with that band.

    Ah, yes I thought you had said he was your favourite. Then I just wanted to share these videos I came across. I definitely will check those out-- someday. Thanks for the heads up. Communique was done by Dire Straits-- it has Lady Writer and.. Portobello Belle, among others.
