Shannanigan's Search for More...

Lord, but do I spend a lot of time away from this forum lately! I mean, look at the message running across the top of my screen right now:

"Hello Shannanigan it appears that you have not posted on our forums in several weeks, why not take a few moments to ask a question, help provide a solution or just engage in a conversation with another member in any one of our forums?"

Lol! I really do wish I could be here more, but a lot of stuff has been going on that has been preventing it. We're inducting some new members of the English Honors Society on Sunday, which requires a lot of work on my part, being the "vice-president," and I'm writing ANOTHER article for the student paper; this one about alcohol use by college students. That requires a survey to be done, which has been eating away at my time.

I've also had two projects to do for my education classes, both of them having to do with No Child Left Behind...thank God for small favors, at least I only had to do half the research for the second project, lol. And I also have a lesson plan to "act out" tommorow.

Tommorow is my birthday. I have to go to school on my birthday. That sucks.

Has anybody read anything about "nonmonogamy" "polyamory" and "polysexuality"? It is an interesting thing to read about...lots of stuff in there about how uncommon true monogamy really is, and how difficult it has proven to be even for supposedly "monogamous" animal species. Hmph. Anyways, that's been a whole different mess that's going to get me in trouble some day, lol. As if I don't get enough flak for speaking out about gay rights, race relations, feminism, and ineffective teaching, lmao.
