But it stops somewhere.



It's been only a month, and it feels like it's been an eternity. For all I know, it has. The 4th Dimension constantly screws with my head.

Anyways, it hasn't been a very good year/month/week/millennium whatever it is for me. Some of it was nice, but blehhhhh.


On the Fourth I did hang out with friends downtown, though, and I got Breakfast of Champions (FINALLY!) and "Switched on Bach" on vinyl. That was cool. And I watched 1776 and watched fireworks. Yay. Singing, dancing patriots rock my socks...wait, no, my STOCKINGS! Hahahaha. My favorite song in that musical is "Is Anybody There?" Makes me cry every time. And I mean every time.

And today I pillaged downtown again and got a Man or Astroman? pin (Rare find!!!) and ordered some LPs and also got another "Mars Attacks!" comic book.

Speaking of comic books, I want "Here Come The Big People". I need that comic book.

Anyways, blah blah blah.

Oooo, man I am really a prophet, you know that? I have Windows Media Player on shuffle on my DEVO section right now and "Chango" just ended, and I thought "I think 'Come Back Jonee' should come on now." And it did. Yeah, I'm awesome.

Enough of my "life". Rambling.


Oh and Bruce Conner died on Monday. I cried.

    Hey! It has been a long time, huh? I started your email and then I stopped because I went out of town. So now I need to start all over again. I hope to get it to you before the week is out! Anyway, glad to hear that you had a good 4th! I watched "1776", too. They had it on TV completely uncut. I was in shock because there was all of this extra dialogue and there were actually credits in the beginning of the film! They did include "Cool, Cool Considerate Men", which was nice to see. Anyway, I don't know if this is how it is on the DVD (as I still have yet to buy it). I loved it because it was like watching a "new" movie. You know what? They didn't include that extra verse in "Piddle, Twiddle and Resolve". I figured that part would definitely be in there as they added so much else to the film. Anyway, after I saw it I had "We're waiting for the chirp, chirp, chirp of an eaglet being born" going through my mind over and over again for about 2 days straight.

    Wow I'm truly amazed at your prophecying talents!! I also think I just made up a word . Oh well. Anyhow, congratulations on your finds, and I hope somehow, sometime, somewhere, you find that comic book you want!!

    LadyWentworth-Hey, no worries. I don't mind. Of course! It's what all good Americans should do. Yeah! The DVD version has "Cool, Cool, Considerate Men" in it and some other stuff that was taken out for the video tape release. Go buy the DVD! The "Piddle, Twiddle, and Resolve" thing I think is only on the Laserdisc. Pretty funky. Why don't they just release it all on DVD completely uncut, geez! XDDDD Love that song. "THE EAGLE!!!!!" Sprinks-Ha ha, yeah, ask dramasnot06 about how much of a prophet I am. It's crazy. Yep, those were good finds. And I'm sure I'll find that comic book somewhere. Anza-Again, talk to dramasnot06 about how I can see into the future. I think it has something to do with the fact that I can see in four dimensions.

    XD Well, I don't know what's in the dimensions past the fourth, but I'm pretty connected to it. I'll have to read what she says about the dimensions beyond the third.

    Oh Switched On Bach indeedy-doo!! LOVE IT! And about dimensions -- my husband was telling me about eleven dimensions, and because he had a little too much wine, he was almost preaching (which gets annoying, but I cannot show a loss in interest) -- but very cool things, yes, very cool indeed. I'll have to ponder about it some more and do my own research ya know. My 'perfect' human was always Einstein. Have to see where he fits into the whole thing before I'll comment! Have a wonderful Summer Break!
