I finished painting the kid’s rooms and I put down the floors yesterday. We are beginning to move them into their bedrooms. I thought I’d post some pictures of my handy work. We don't have the trim work done, but we can work on that a little later. It's just nice to have a little more space. Actually, the three bedrooms double our space. The drywall in the living room is not finished yet, but it's moving quickly. I was able to do the floors in both of the kids rooms in about four hours from start to finish. My husband wanted real wood, but the laminant (spelling ?) was much cheaper, went down with amazing speed and ease, and when I accidentally dropped my hammer it didn’t make a mark.

The boys have outer space in their room. This is their nightlight. It stands about 4 ½ feet high. The lights blink red when they are not turned on.




Then there are the planets.
