I'm a Diced Tomato

If I Wanted to Wash My Brain, I Would Use Shampoo

So I just got back from driving a car for the first time. I spent about thirty minutes making myself and my dad dizzy in a Sear's parking lot. I got my learner's permit on Tuesday. I never really thought about it, but now it's like "Whoah, I can drive." It feels pretty...adult-y like. Weird.

I ordered an energy dome last Saturday, so it should be coming real soon. I was sick of losing the energy coming out my occipital lobe.

I also ordered a buncha bootlegs from this really awesome DEVO archive website that is chock full of rarities: (as if I didn't have enough rare DEVO aural mutations-or enough of their music in general-never enough!) http://www.boojiboysbasement.com/ <3333333333

And the Freedom of Choice and Oh, No! It's DEVO LPs from a local (AWESOME) record store.

Speaking of really great music, I just discovered this band. A new band. My first new band that I like. (Feels funny.) A new band that I actually like. A new band that NEEDS to be discovered, and they are ATOMS! A-T-O-M-S!: http://www.myspace.com/atoms

I REALLY hope for the best for them-they are amazing and they better blossom and get some notoriety. Now that is REAL music. Everything I listen to is too slow now compared to them, ha ha.

I got my yearbook on Wednesday, and it seems like these past few days have been going in slow motion. Which is good for me. But I can feel the end. It really sucks barrel waste. Getting my yearbook and other things have just pushed me to my emotional limits these past few days. This had been a year of growth and deep thought and emotion. Things so surreal that they're hard to grasp. I don't want this school year to end. If the circumstances were just a bit different, I wouldn't feel so bad. But while everyone around me is saying "Yes! Finally! Summer time!" I just go "...I don't want to talk about it."

My whole life: Someone is torturing me to watch this tempting 3-D (4-D?) TV show about exotic things. As I reach for them, someone pulls me back and I hit the ground and I can feel my nails scratch and claw the floor. What's worse is that the someone is changing the channels all the time-it's a noisy 3-D 4-D TV, too. Volume turned up all the way. Hard to ignore.

I HAVE to draw that now.

Warp, warp!

P.S. I REALLY wish I had my own computer.

Yeah, sorry I haven't been around much. Thank you. They are very eighties, so I guess they don't count as a "new band", ha ha.

For what it's worth, I didn't think there were minds as interesting, freaky or ingenious as yours outside of sci-fi novels! God, it must be a full-time job being you and I for one hope you enjoy it.

Awwww, thank you, Prince! I must say it is interesting and yet incredibly disturbing at the same time-really surreal. But yes, it is enjoyable and it is a full-time job. I don't take drugs, trust me-if I did they would probably push me farther into the black hole I live in (but I think I'm at the bottom of it-or the other side of it in another dimension) or would make me sane.
