Halls of the Dark Muse

I liked that 7-5-3

It is a nice little poem, but the last line seems a little easy, too off the cuff. I bet you can improve on it.

Hehe thank you, this was my first time just playing around with this style. So it is true I did write this one kind of off the top of my head just to get a feel for it

But I do think the first two lines have something going for them. I think if you can pull it together with an original concluding line the poem would work.

I have fallen behind on your poetry though you are the poet I tend to follow here. Did not understand at all the format you are going for. But I find a strange joy in reading you even when totally in the dark. I suspect I like you best when in wistful melancholy mood because you do it so gracefully while my melancholy are on the level of a mouse bellowing in a foghorn. Rich
