Yay, Summer Flowers!

It is THAT time of the year for me! Woot!

Since my non-snow time is quite limited compared to so many of you reading this, you have to understand that making the most of six months is starting NOW! My hubby and I shopped till we dropped this afternoon and came home with nine different assortments of flowers to adorn our patio with. I am SOOOOOOOO happy! He has the green thumb, by the way, not me (sadly -- I should really take notes!).

We aren't stopping with nine, that is just getting things 'warmed up', ha!

The photos you see in this entry are not my flowers, I took pictures last year, and you can see them in the earlier pages of this blog. And I'll take pics this year, once we have everything set up the way we want it.

I am soooooo happy! Yeah, its worth repeating!

Well, take care, everyone. Pepper sends her love, she is enjoying really long walks lately because there is nice warm weather, and no bugs (yet). What more can you ask for?

Love

They look so beautiful. And I totally understand you. We don't have snow here, but we only get to see flowers in spring and summer. Good times

Enjoy it while it lasts Kiz. I'm sure the bugs are just around the corner, but don't tell Pepper.

We are already picking ticks! I wish I could grow some flowers. I keep thinking one of the kids will start some flowers in the yard. I am putting sunflowers in the garden this year! that will be a first for me. I haven’t seen you around lately and I’ve been missing you.

If you moved to the Gulf Coast, you would have had such things months ago.

I'm still wearing my winter coat inside the house! This spring has done it for me. My husband and I are looking for a home in Florida.
And I thought that the definition of COLD inside was when ya have to wear sox to bed (which is not uncommon for me in the January-February timeslot)! Well, good luck with home finding in Florida, but let me add that Tennessee (spell) is an awesome state with less storm woes, but hey, it is your life! I just have a penchant for those little swings that the folks in Tennessee have on their porches, and those Smokey Mountains, and ... etc. etc. -- beautiful and WARM place! ~Kizzo~

Alabama is less expensive than Florida.
