A Little Bit of Everything

All my indecision has caused more indecision. Anyone who has read my previous entries must realize by now I struggle with what to put in my blog. This is ridicules. So, I have decided on something. Everyday I am on the internet I will write a poem and put it in my blog. Therefor solving my dilemma and also giving me poetry practice.

Poem # 1

The gentlemen
are hard to find
A man who is courteous
and just
kind and respectful
who knows when to talk
and when to remain silent
He who is strong
but not forceful
Known
but not feared

this type of man
is endangered
the hunters of modern life
stalk him and kill him
with lies that 'it's ok'
it's ok to be rude
it's ok to be forceful
it's ok to not open doors
it's ok
it's ok to do what you please
and not care
yes, indeed, it's ok

but there are a few
who know what is ok
and they are the species
that seem extinct in this world
the proud
the few
the Gentlemen
