Okay, so I had fun. Ryan made me cookies. Kara baked me a cake I only had to hear the stupid birthday song twice. Once was Ryan, the other was John and Ben.
God gave me a present! There was a little bird that fell out of his nest, and there were people chasing it around in the courtyard, and I thought it was a frog at first, cause it was hopping around. It was also awfully cold outside. So I backed everyone off (y'all have seen my leadership instincts) and scooped him up, and made a nest for him out of my hands, holding him close to my stomach for warmth. I brought him to the Biology teacher, who chaperones States, and she let me stay in there and warm him up before I put him outside, hiding him in the bushes. For those of you who will ask, it was a baby wren, it had most of its feathers, but it couldn't fly.
If I see another peice of cake in my life, I will die. Just one of those asides I thought I'd mention...
