It doesn't look like I'll be able to go to the National Latin Forum. It's just too much money to come up with in too little time. Unless I can get $300 in a week and a half, then I can't go. When Sunny went on a Washington D.C. trip last year, they were prepared to beg steal or borrow to let her go. They've totally just checked it off as lost. They're not even going to fight for this. This was the most important thing in the world for me. I understand that things are really tight, so I guess I'll just put this all-- my feelings, my needs-- on the back burner; I do all the time anyway.
And I know that it sounds like I'm just feeling sorry for myself-- and maybe I am. I don't know.
