Back again (200 yay)

He's back again. I've finished watching Ouran High School Host Club, though dad called me during the last episode which was annoying to say the least. It was fun but now I need to find something that won't make me go mushy to counteract it otherwise I'll be too soft to deal with Tom. I still haven't answered, other things just seemed to take priority no matter how trivial they were.
Anyway, regarding Rocky, I haven't thrown him too many new bottles, I gave him some water but he kept picking the bowl up so I've given up on it, he'll have to make do with rain water if he gets thirsty (The usual bowl's still waiting to be washed) I'm trying to show him that it's not good to keep coming here by ignoring him more. Not working, he's been even livelier than before, bounding up and down the garden and (as he must think my garden's too small now) he's running between our garden and another neighbour's garden, to make matters worse he's taken a bottle over there and left it.
I've tried but I really can't see how he's getting in, our garden's too overgrown and I can't see from my bedroom window because of the trees, so if they're going to stop him getting out they'll have to do it alone, he's their bloody responsibility anyway.
In case they came when I was in the garden I stuck a sign on the door saying "LOST THE DOG AGAIN?" so as they'd know he was here and try calling over the gate or something so as I'd know they'd come for him. I'm expecting them to start looking for him somewhere between 8-9, perhaps mum can tear herself away from her desk by that time.
Oh well, bluebiird out.
Oh, before I forget, 200 yay, I'll race you to 300 hahaha!
Edit: He hung around and escaped into another neighbour's garden who was not dog friendly (not an animal lover at all) and I had a hard time getting him back. Had to wait for mum to get home. She went to get the owner. I got her to help me put the lead on this time (he's still extra lively when he sees her) So I let her take him through the house. He was harder to control than before nearly pulled her over before she got to the door and when she got to the door. I had a bottle waiting to give him to take home.
Mum later told me that the mother offered her the dog (there are various reasons we can't have him) The older son (Who actualy owns him) doesn't want him so they make the younger son go and get him, and they said they'd patched up the fence too (Haha, didn't last long)
Poor dog.
Oh, and he's a cross between an Alsatian and a Rottweiler
