Hello, I wanted to tell you what Suzie got me for a gift while I was gone.
First off, there was liter size mug. On the side it says,"Are You Drunk Yet?"
Anyways, inside there was a card. It reads...
On the cover!
Irish Blessing
May there always be work for your hands to do,
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine on your windowpane,
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you,
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.But this is already special, I am overwhelmed what is on the inside of the card. Remember this is the month that I celebrate my conception. Forty years ago on a leap year.
On the left inside of the card.
May God bless you abundantly through the intercession of St. Patrick.
On the right inside of the card.
You are being remembered by the
Missionary Oblates in two
Solemn Mass Novenas beginning on
March 9, and ending on the
feast of St. Patrick, March 17.
One will be celebrated at
Our Lady of Knock Shrine in County Mayo, Ireland,
and the second at the
National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows
in Belleville, Illinois.
To whomsoever I owe such an honour. I am truly humbled, and bless you for your kind wishes. I am sustained, and my faith renewed. Peace to my good friends here at Lit~Net & those that they love! B
