Well isn't nature just the most wonderful thing?

The story goes that a farming family realized that a teeny premature baby pig was just not making it on his own with his birthing mother and siblings. A concerned farmer had a dachshund female (named Tink) who had taken in orphans before, so it was decided to give it a go and see what Tink would do. The rest is history -- Tink not only warmed up to the little guy (they named Pink, by the way, ha ha!), but let him nurse and tended to him better than she had with any of her other babies. Sooooooo sweet! Pink and Tink ... YAY!
