Thou Enemy, Fear

Rate this Entry

Thou eyes closed, breathing in the experiences of thou journey
along this path thou leaves behind milestones in deepened footprints
lurking in the darkness around every cornerstone, was an old companion, fear
whispering winds hit upon thou time worn ears,
life is not without the light and dark sides attached to us,
tears of pain filled the rivers, cries for help echoed upon zephyrs
thou screams, oh Great Spirit, thy people cried thousands tears
making a thousand rivers over our dead who died due to fear,
thou has let a four letter word taken root within thy being,
thou does not know what thou should do, oh Great Spirit, guide thee
if thou gives into thy fear and thou enemy is now thou master
shouted like thunder in thy ears, but thou must have revenge
then thou becomes thou’s own enemy and thou becomes crippled
thou enemy must be punished, for thy people, Great Spirit
crush thy fear from within, starve thou enemy from its fuel
thou shall punish thy enemy, thee needs to heal thy people
help them grow strong, not allowing thy enemy to paralyze thy people
show thy enemy no fear, no anger, and stand above thou enemy
starve thou enemy from its fuel and thy enemy dies, Great Spirit’s words echoed off
thou is right, Great Spirit, healing of thy people outweighs vengeance.
