Not good not good NOT GOOD

For lack of a better phrase it's absolutely pissing it down and it's windy too. I've got to drag a bloody suitcase through all this. I got soaked and nearly frozen just going down the road to get bread and milk. HOW'M I GOING TO GET DOWN TO THE TRAIN STATION! Not good, so not good. I'm wondering if I should invest in waterproof mascara in future. It's okay now, because I had my hand over my eyes. but I can't do that all the way to the train station. Bugger bugger bugger. And if I'd left earlier I'd have missed it...well, I'd have caught it waiting for a bus at the other end, and getting from the bus stop to my house, but besides that I'd have missed it (I'm normally still asleep now). I need to get a book too for tomorrow. I was going to do it on Friday but I completely forgot. Bugger bugger bugger. What's worse is because of the wind it's useless having an umbrella up.
Well, I'm not going back out there until my hair and fleece are dry. I figure it probably won't make much difference but if I go out there still wet (and cold because of the wet) it'll be worse that if I go out there dry and cold. Does that make any sense?
Anyway, it's settled that I'm staying put a while, I'll probably have lunch first. Now, last night's left over stew (with lots of gravy, yum yum, and baked beans) or, noodles, with chopsticks (I wouldn't say I've mastered them, but my hand doesn't hurt when I use them anymore, and I can actually grip food with them ) noodles have become a regular thing for lunch on monday's as of 2 weeks ago . I'll decide while watching Bleach yay.

    God, the weather in France is absolutely awful too. But, I was lucky enough to have a guy friend bring me to class in his car this morning and to meet a girl who brought me back home after. I hope the weather's better tomorrow cause I might not be as lucky everyday.

    The same thing happened to me on my way to work several weeks ago. I left too late, so I got caught in a downpour on my way from the parking garage to the building. I had my umbrulla, but it was on of those cheapy drug store ones that is only suitable for a light spring mist or something. The wind blew the rain on me from the side and by the time I got to the office, my pants and blouse were soaked (good thing it was a burgandy blouse and not a white one!!!). I wasn't wearing a coat because it was in the lower 60's, but really, I should have worn a rain coat that day, but I didn't. And since I was running late, I was the only person in the office who got soaked like that. Guess that's what I get. And chopsticks are hard. I've been eating sushi lately, and I am slowly getting better, but I am still not holding them correctly. But, I have figured out how I can at least keep my sushi between the chopsticks.

    I don't know what you look like, but you carrying a suitcase in the pouring rain without an umbrella and you mumbling NOT GOOD, NOT GOOD strikes me as very funny. I can picture it. Sorry if I laughed. You're a funny lady.

    Seems that once again, you guys got a worse hit of the weather than us. or maybe its the fact that i didnt have to go out in it to know!
