Women in general!

Rate this Entry
Here is why my life is chaotic. I'm 39 and single. I meet a woman I could love for the rest of my life, and she isn't even interested in me. I can only take so much, ya know. Anyways, so one walks out and one walks in. Marci works for my former employer. She has it all together, and it comes in a good package. We have fun, but she had her heart ripped out recently. Anyways, so Marci walks out and Suzie wheels on in...Suzie in a wheelchair! What a looker. If I were looking for a four leaf clover, I wouldn't miss her if she were a needle in a haystack. Anyways, St. Patricks Month is just around the corner, but Valentines Day is even closer. Tah, B

PS~ My Mother, Brother and his wife are coming to town today...for my Neice Jane's 2nd Birthday. Gonna be a busy week. I'm getting caught up on everyone's blogs, but don't have much time to post.

Well, like I’ve said before, if you weren’t such a cutie you wouldn’t have this problem. You’d just take what you could get and be thankful, and you probably wouldn’t be real ambitious about the package it came in. I know you want love and I hope you find it, Pete. You’re a great catch but I’ve said all of that before too.

Yes, like M-H says, being cute and sweet is causing you troubles, B. But I know that the right girl will come along if you don't rush things. Love will find you, you can count on it. Take care my friend! Kz

You do live in interesting times. Decisions decisions--I'm humming the Loving Spoonful tune as I type.

Just consider all the married couples out there, B...the honest ones will tell you that life's not so bad from where single guys stand, while others will have it that singles are "missing out" because they want to impose the world that they suffocate under. They'll never admit this because the world might actually yawn. But all is not lost. There is a small and determined group of brutally honest married women who will tell us that all souls grieve, and yet somehow there is love--and what we love is to dance with butterflies toward those distant explosions popping softly and winking infinitesimal Valentines that land on the tips of tiger lilies because even heaven can be golden and this sad tragic life such a mistake.

Jon speaks the truth. I am happily married, but my favorite fantasy is that I’m my single friend in her quiet house eating popcorn for dinner in the living room while watching a grown up girl movie without interruption. Of course, it’s poetry when Jon says it.

Ok, so a beautiful women that is fluent in the language of love? She rides in a wheel chair... I'm deaf in one ear! I'm broken everywhich way from Sunday, and on Monday morning I start anew...As Dr. John says, I'm just an average kind of guy but the older I am the happier I am. I cannot love again until my daughter finds love, but...that ain't so bad, or its just around the corner. I pray so much as that, and to not die in my sleep. Cheers, B

B, I wanted to add that I hope little Jane has a very special birthday. She is one of the cutest little girls I have ever seen. Kizzo ...... p.s. Jon made some very good points, and quite beautifully too, I might add.

Awww B, with a daddy like you, she could only be a chip off the ol' block, as they say -- sweet, good sense of humour, honest, and cute as a button. I have spoken!
