Life is an amazing thing, and there are moments that just feel perfect you know?
Got to say this is one of them... Im sitting in the freezing conservatory basically glass and brick attaccxhment to the back of the house.. and I can hear the wind and rain outside. Its not the most draft free of rooms and ther is a breeze going across my right arm. I can feel my pulse where my left wrist is resting on my knee and its echo in the tip of my ear, and I couldnt feel more content. Ive a mug of choclate milk though technically I shouldnt as I have lactase enzyme defficency ( lactose intolerance) , Im just happy. And Im thinking inspite of alot of things its good to be alive.

Everyday you learn something new, I learnt that recipies meant for a family of 9 during the rationing years really go along way and arent that difficult to cook. That umplings at least double if not treble in size so dont make massive ones to start off with.

And then ther are still the amazing myseteryies of life, Im coming uop to what my 3rd year here on the litnet and Im still learning all sorts of new things and buttons and there are still all these mysteries out there.... like what happens at 915? and how do blogs get featured? and well the prophecy, anyone rember that?

..... so this was a random post to acknowledeg I appreciae being alive today and Im thankful....

    I LOVE hot chocolate. And I love those moments when you feel content. I could use one of those myself now. You know, I too suffer from lactose intolerance and I stopped drinking hot chocolate for the longest time because of it. But if I must have ice cream or hot chocolate I buy Lactaid. And I drink Lactaid milk. I HATE LACTOSE INTOLERANCE!!! sometimes you just want to have ice cream without the pill.

    Lactaid? never heard of that... I just live with the consequensis, I can usually mange a small bowl of cereal a couple of times a week if I dont have too much tea and ( it wasnt hot choc btw becasue I put water in that) a small milk and choclate powder evry few weeks.
    Its all a matter of balance, but then again Ive had it since I was a baby and I was never breast fed to begin with, ( i had pineapple juice on a spoon from when I was a few days old apparantly). course if youve goot it so bad icecream is affecting you,, although Icecream doent contain that much lactose..its mostly lactase...
