It would appear that there is a general feeling of melancholoy around here lately. Not sure where that is coming from -- but often after the Holiday Season, there is this feeling of blue that hovers over so many people (not excluding myself, too, btw). But anyhow, that is why I wanted to make this particular Blog Entry. Encouragement.

Take heart, everyone, no matter how down you feel, you know that there will always be the ups in your life. Afterall, it takes a heck of a storm to wash away the dust and dirt in the world, and the aftermath is always so humbling. And consider the Rainbow -- it would not come to us except by the aforementioned...

Anyhow, I leave you with a haiku I wrote when I pondered just how it came to be that I landed here, at LitNet, the community of learners, poets, writers, philosophers, and well, friends!
