River Ledger Byron

All brilliant talents cut down in the pride of life because of their own self-destructiveness. What a tragic, cosmic waste. I could wax philosophical at this point, but don't much feel like it.
Strange how Ledger passed on Byron's birthday and how River played a gay rent boy while Ledger played a gay cowboy, and both won Oscar nods for it before they died.
Playing a gay lover in a movie can be hazardous to your health, as well as being a descendant of Bruce Lee.
Ledger's father referenced some poem by Tennyson about young deaths and flames that burn brightest. I don't recall that poem and it doesn't sound like Tenny at all (Chief Victorian). Anyone know the poem?
