Drugs are generally not good. Antioxidantes will clear your system, so eat lots of apples. One a day-- two a day even better-- will get you feeling lots better. Really; diet is an exceptional tool in life. Drink lots of water, too! Otherwise you'll be dehydrated. All the advice I can think of. :p I don't know what authorities you speak of but you deserve freedom, B!!!

Consider that Ken Kesey said he could never have written One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest without taking LSD. Now I'm not saying I promote B taking those drugs or anything, but since he is all ready on the stuff imposed on him by the authorities, B could potentially produce a masterpiece novel or something. We have to look at the big picture here and what's in B's interest, that's all I'm saying.

Myself and a few others were wondering what had happened to you B. You were suddenly not here, and signed off on a very odd note, to put it simply. In truth, we were very worried for you. Take care of yourself. It is good to see you back on line. Let us know if everything is okay. Niamh
