Time and movement

I was thinking about space and time, and I was thinking-- if we move faster, move around faster, then at first it would seem we would me moving faster than the things around us. But then, if we move faster, then everything around us is moving faster, too. Now, that's what would happen if time slowed down for us. If a minute for the rest of the world was an hour for us, then...no, if a minute for us was an hour for the rest of the world, then everything would be going so much faster, in relation to us...I mean a whole hour worth of stuff would happen in what seemed a minute to us. --Further, we would seem to be moving very slowly in relation to them. So, if things move faster around us, which is controled by we ourselves moving faster, then we actually have less time. So is the inverse true as well? Do we get more time if we do not move at all? If we stop moving, then things slow down. True, if someone comes into the room, and moves about, in relation on to us, they are moving quicker, but in relation to us being still or moving, they move much quicker if we are moving than if we are stopped. Therefore, we have more time if we don't move, than if we do. Although, we can only access this time by not moving, and we can't get very much done not moving, so it's only useful as an exercise.
Edit, I realize I have it wrong, somewhat. Time doesn't change for reality at all. Except that by moving we speed up reality for other people. Reality doesn't change, only subjective time for us. But this observation still gives us an advantage. When we are completely still, and someone enters our area, then we realize any movement actually occurs quicker than it would appear. We make a decision to act, and then we don't think about it when it occurs, because we've already thought out the action. Everything happens very quickly then. But we are not surprised at all by the situation, because movement or being still are all the same to us, it all happens at the same time-- instantly or not at all.
