What are the main motivating reasons for going to the planet....I need 5 criteria...

1.) Atmosphere. Can it sustain life?
2.) Surface Temperature. Again, Can man adjust to this climate? Adaptable?
3.) Resources Is the make up of the planet sustainable?
4.) Gravity Is it close to that of Earth?
5.) Isolation Is it close to a lifeline location in the event of cataclysmic event on the planet...i.e. natural disaster.
