Sci Fi Story

Well, this is my last entry before my big one year anniversary. I just wanted to describe how the moon rose over the ocean on New Year's Morning.

The moon rose after midnight...slowly it became visible from behind a low bank of clouds. It was a crescent shape, but the top half of the moon was not visible. This gave it the appearance of a sailing vessel from the days of the greeks. As the moon rose, its rosy hue silently became a wondrous golden color. Its brilliance shone upon the clouds, and the clouds were lined with gold. It looked as though it were some image of the past, perhaps jason and the argonauts returning from some adventure. Anyways, I take this as a very good omen for the upcoming year.

I know I promised more sci-fi story, and it will come. Forgive me, the holidays caught me unprepared for so many visitors....but thats an entry in and of itself.
