Just a Quickie Tonight

I know I haven't been around much, but I'm still hoping that it will change in the future. First, Rich it was great to finally see your picture. Thanks to both Ruth and Logos for their help:) I really love having a face to put with everything else.

Sorry to everyone waiting for another chapter. I'm afraid it will have to wait a few more days. I was all set to write today, and instead I've been preparing for an interview. I recieved a call back yesterday, and I've been getting ready for my first interview in the morning. The first is just a phone interview, but I hope to be interviewing in person soon. This is a good company this time, and not another scam, so that is my good news for the moment. Wish me luck:) If all goes well, I hope to start another job in about 10 weeks, but I'm also preparing for the possibility of the company not wishing to wait that long. I'm afraid that I may have to leave my current job a little sooner than planned if it is the case. I'll still go in on Fridays during Lent to help, but I'll not be acting in a manager capacity if they choose to not hold a position. My big decision was that I refuse to sacrifice my family's well being for anything, and the current situation isn't working out well. I must confess that I almost hope I'll get an offer and they'll push the issue of starting right away. I appreciate all that has been done to help me, but the current hours are rough on my children. They need me home more than I am, and this company just may give me that opportunity.

I hope all is going well for everyone else. I hope to catch up on blogs again soon.

Much Love,
Meg

Meg, always a welcome sight for these tired eyes. Will be thinking about you tomorrow and the interview and to be kind therestaurant business should be used to here today gone tomorrow and I mean that with respect as I know you're a dependable and responsible worker. But the kids are the world and your priorities are above reproach. Hope Tom is doing well too.
