So today I did a pretty good job at Knowledge Bowl tryouts. I completely bombed Monday, but I was quick today. Hopefully I'll make the team again this year.

I also finished driver's ed today and got my pink slip thingy. So I just need to get a driver instructor for a while and then get my white slip and then I'll have my permit. Woo woo.

Hey, these Clash people are alright...if only my dad would stop blowing on his trumpet just a few feet away....my ears...

But they're not really too inconspicuous...enough...

We went to the beach tonight for dinner and the ocean was the most beautiful I have ever seen it. The sun set over Santa Rosa Island and left a pink haze over it for a while and the moon shone on the water just perfectly. It looked like there were pool lights in the ocean. I wish I had my camera.

Oh and I rented Revenge of the Nerds tonight because I thought it was about time I saw that.

    Revenge of the Nerds is so eighties. you must see it. I think some of the best movies ever made were made in the eighties. Sixteen Candles, Back to the Future, The Terminator, Nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the Thirteenth, Platoon, Ferris Bueler's Day Off, Stand By Me, Top Gun...oh the list goes on.
