I'm a Diced Tomato

Their Robot Planes Were No Match For Our Music.

So a couple days ago I saw Sweeney Todd.

I LOVED IT.

So much. That is really one of Burton's best. I adored how incredibly, hilariously insane Mrs. Lovett was. I'm so glad I didn't read any spoilers, because then it wouldn't nearly have been as good! Usually I read a summary and the I regret it. For movies or books.

Today I got stuff. I don't need anything, like I said, but people gave me stuff. My friends are plenty enough. But I got a Man or Astroman? CD, and a book on John and Abigail Adams. <3 Plus sheet music for piano for Vivaldi's Four Seasons, and $100. Not to mention a nice Barnes and Noble gift card that I bought Brave New World, (I stayed up late reading it...so good so far!) a new sketchbook, and a pulp art calendar with. (My favorite picture is for March-it features a space man shooting an alien whilst saving a damsel in distress.) Plus little goodie bags from my friends. Don't need all this...

And then we went to the beach. It's very sunny and warm down there today. There was some wind, too, and big waves, so there were a lot of surfers. So I took pictures of them. It was cool.

Happy Holidays, everyone! I deeply appreciate your kindness to me. Really. Thank you.

Mrs.Lovett was the best part, for sure. But I really wish Depp would take some singing lessons...he's one of my all time fav actors but he can't pull off the beautiful baratone that Todd was created to be.
    Where are you in BNW?
Don't be so humble! You deserve it all! It's good to fuel a little americana consumerism here and there.
