You know I wrote a post yesterday then somthing went wrong as I was posting it and I couldnt be botherd to repost it especially as it was bording on bannable since it contained my opions on what I had seen on the programme \to cathach a _predator| and a few tipps to kids playing on the internet ( basically dont).
Anyway a new day and a new thought errr actually Ive lost it...oh yes.

Its suprisingly easy, Ive always been reluctunt to bother thinknig it might cause my slight bulemic tendencies to overpower me, but actually I ate a heck of alot less than 1200 kcal I was supposed to have yesterday due to the fact I dont eat milk and I was too busy to stop and eat. and yet suprisingly I wasnt even very hungry which makes me think because my activity levels are so low ( most of my day is spent working on an essay at the computer, on here or reading) maybe I only need 1200 kcal or less which means its no wonder Ive got so out of shape recentally eating the way I do when Im at work and on my feet all day hawlling around hevy trollies and walking a mile to work and back.
Maybe I should excersise more.... yupp definatly EXCERISE EXCERSISE EXCERSIE... and no more more sweets, or crisps or ' sit at the computer fillers' unless they are 'healthy snacks' like rasisn or celery...its a good thing I like celery. And definatly have to eat proper meals at proper times. THis is not a diet it is a get fit and have a healthy life style action plan....but the word diet works tooo.
I knew I should have bought bread what am I going to make for lunch??
