Doing good...

An Hopi Elder Speaks.
From an Hopi Elder, with regard to this New Year Millennium.

"You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered...

Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.

It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader."

Then he clasped his hands together, smiled, and said, "This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt. The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

We are the ones we've been waiting for."

Follow the Rainbow

I read this and really liked it. I was trying to find the lyrics to the song "Wandering Star". I'm doing very well, and have people out there to watch over me a little. Thanks for all the comments through these last couple of days. Peace, B

PS - I was reading this when the John Prine song "Standing By Peaceful Waters" came on...I smile wickedly at this.

B, that's amazing. I love Native American spirituality; I'm a very small part Cherokee, and I have done just a little bit of Lakota Inipa ceremonies. This is very great, though. Very great, indeed.

Oh, also...sow good seeds, for you reap what you sow! The lyrics to a song by....Rizorkestra, a one man band: "Sow good seeds/ everybody/ sow good seeds/ everybody/ Over the mountains/ Down in the valley/ You gonna reap/ Just what you sow// Sow by walking/ Sow by talking (etc)" :)

yeah Nik, I don't have any native american in me (I call them Irish)... I love this too. The funny thing is I copied this to share it. It is so awesome. I tried to go back to the site, and I was banned...banishment. What did I do wrong? This one should be shared. I tried to join, but I am leader and a joiner. I need to make ammends, those people are wet...and I am standing in the water, and only those who know the path across the river styx will make it? I know this path and will find it, or die trying...which is not what I want to do...I will keep my eye out, but its really difficult. The ones who follow will know my name... and find me.

I know this sounds manic, and I feel fine right now, but its all just my creativity don't block this. I am feeding off of other peoples' goodness, and sending it back to them in the hopes of anything better than what is going on these days. A couple of people I trust are nearby and alert. Above all else, don't tell me what to do unless you have my phone number or know my blog/person for weeks...ok, Cheers, B

thanks craze...the blog is the next form of novel..imagine a fun thing to read that you dig that much, and maybe get a little response from. I really hope that I'm trying to keep it all level, if you know what I mean. I really hope that my songs, poems, and just plain old meanders through thee tall grass, but yeah my life is exciting That is really hard to handle sometimes, but I've spent 38 years of thinking, and living, and exploring (and having someone less intelligent try to figure me out) I'm really tired of trying...that is the name of the first song I learned to write, by this I mean dotors that think they know everything...and i'm just coming out of a scary thing, but doing good.. I just hope that people can see the things and let the tall grass touch someone, anyone...Cheers, B...
