I made it to Ohio just fine with the kids. Things are going pretty well, but Victoria is missing her dad. Garrick isn't too upset yet, but he's too busy enjoying time with Grandma and Grandpa. I'm relieved to not be fighting with my sister. I saw her today, and things were pleasant since she has already moved out of the house. All in all things are great.

I had my job interview today, and I got the assisstant manager position. I was sure to let them know that I'll start looking for other employment come springtime after lent and Easter. It is a busy time for a fast food fish joint, so I did commit to staying until after. The nice thing is that since they can't pay me as much as I need, then I can look guilt free. The new owner did offer the hint that they may be willing to pay what I want if I am valuable enough that they wish to have me a bit longer. Either way, I win. I'm also able to have the benefit that I'll not be gone ALL the time from the kids. Some days I'll be home in the morning, and others I'll be home at bed time. I should also be able to have two days off each week.

Anyhow, that's a bit of what is going on here. I'll check back in soon.

P.S. Still no news on the cysts, but Tom has a check on Thursday so maybe then. I'm fairly certain now that it is nothing. Otherwise we would have heard by now.
