Exiled in a kilt

So here I am back in glasgow for a couple of weeks. So much has changed (a lot for the worse). People I knew years ago are different than I remember and I wonder what we had in common in the first place. I have been to my previous haunts (nicensleazy, the cathouse, the garage etc) Sleazy's used to be my favourite place in the world, but it has been re-done inside and the atmosphere isnt the same. There are more neds around than ever and the streets just seem so dirty (well dirtier they were never particularly clean)

However, despite everything, somehow just being in this city makes me happy (deliriously so at times) because: I belong to Glasgow, dear old Glasgow town

Oh yeah, one last thing - I think over my reduced visits to this site over the past while I have missed wishing a lot of people happy birthday this year so:
