Just let me start by saying, I didn't need new frames. I explained the problem to my optician and he said that only he could fix them (I think he was exaggerating a bit but I didn't mind) He replaced the trouble spots on my glasses, explaining that once they're worn out it's best to replace them. He also fixed my sunglasses too.
Dad offered to come and get me, he's been threatening to for weeks but this time I took him up on the offer seeing as I had a lot to do. I didn't get much sleep and was up by about 6:45. I got ready, did my washing up and ate breakfast. Dad came while I was finishing breakfast so I had to let him in. While I was washing up my neighbor, Mark appeared in the kitchen wearing nothing but his undies, why do guys do that? He was rather surprised to see me. He just needed a glass of water so I moved over so he could get to the sink. He asked how come I was up so early and I explained.
The journey was fine and we got home before mum had gotten up. Later I went down to the dentist to collect a form I’d left for him to sign and fill in but it turned out he’d only signed it so I had to leave it there why they tried to sort it (He’s gone private now so he’s only in on Wednesdays).
Then we went down to the opticians, which you know about, and then got some lunch and then got a new case for me to take my stuff here and back in because my other one’s falling apart. Then we went to do what we planned to do last week, we went to see Stardust, it was fun.
