Pönnukökur

Haven't been here much lately, but as I stated earlier, I have been busy with family and such, and it will be that way for a bit longer.
But hey, why not have one of those delightful Pönnukökur shown above? I took that photo because I wanted people to see an Icelandic crepe of sorts. They are totally delicious and I order them when I go to a Teahouse up north. Note the cute teacup, too! This little Teahouse is delightful, so that kinda makes up for my missing LitNet and such.
I have NOT finished Dead Souls yet. I have pushed it aside but may go and finish it (if Idril says it is worth it). You see, the end is full of holes in the original manuscript and they have pieced what they could of it so as to make some sense. And I got up to the part where the holes are very evident, and that really turned me off.... It is shocking, actually, to be so far in a great story, only to have it fragment in front of your very eyes. Have any of you felt this way? Shall I push my terror aside and just finished the damn thing? Grrrr! I feel ripped off, but then many others probably do, too!
**SIGH**
Didn't mean to rant.....
Anyhow, missing you all and hope everyone is doing great.
Hugs to Baki and hope her move went well -- I have to sign off now, so next time I'm here I'll check out all the blogs.
Hope that Rich got his lawn tended to... last I heard, the beast was waiting for him...
Love you guys,
Kizzo
