A bit of an update...

Things here are going pretty good. The visit with my in-laws has been going well, and my kids are happy to have a couple of new toys from "Nana" and "Poppa". I've been enjoying having their company, but I am happy to say they will not be back to stay here until Friday. They left today to go south a bit and visit with my father-in-laws family, and I'm looking foward to a nice quiet evening at home.
I had my interview on Monday. Things went really well, and it is official that I'll be going home with the kids earlier than planned. I'm due to fly with the kids back to Ohio on December 1st, and we'll just stay there even if I don't get the job. I think I'll get one of the positions, but I've still some doubt. I'll schedule a second interview, in which I'll follow someone for a day to see what all the job entails, for the week I get back. The manager was really understanding about where I am and why I wan'ted to wait until at least after Thanksgiving. I think if I had wanted, I could have postponed until after Christmas, but I've no desire to try my luck and get passed up on for the position. So, I'll likely have the job I want, but we are looking at eight months and some change separated from one another.
That's all I've got for now. I'm pretty sleepy from having guests, and I've also had to take Benadryl for my allergies. I had a bad attack this morning from chasing my dog around when he got out of the house. I can't get allergy testing yet, but whatever I have issues with gets in my lungs and causes trouble breathing when I'm out catching the dog. I think it is pollen from the pine trees, but with no testing I don't know for sure. The military doctors don't want to let me have it because of the cost, but I think I may try to get it when I get home before my husband gets out. My allergy attacks are getting too bad now to put it off any longer, and I've no desire to pass out when out with my kids because my lungs seized up from allergies. I hope things are going good for everyone else. I'll write more soon:)
Take Care,
Meg
