All good things

I’m so happy I don’t know where to begin. Well, I’ve been having trouble reading the turn of the screw. About two days ago it suddenly struck me that I was doing all of this whining and complaining when everyone else in my class had to do the same thing. Sure some will be better at it than me but so what? So I knuckled down and started reading but I could only get to chapter 8 before I had to sleep. Today I made reasonable progress in the time given. I managed to get to chapter 14. I went to my lesson, stopping to feed the geese some very mouldy bread on the way. I discovered that I wasn’t the only one who’d had trouble with it and I wasn’t the only one who hadn’t read it all, though the other person that I know of had got to chapter 19. I’m quite proud of myself because I was able to speak up a bit in class, not to any great extent but when I saw my chance I took it to slip in a few answers. As my tutor said last week the later you leave it to join in the less likely you are to do it later. This things too hot, it burns my hands a bit. I’m trying to be quick. I dropped into the bookshop to check on my order, it had arrived so that’s done. My lecture was cancelled today so I came back here, had a tin of mackerel for lunch/dinner, I like mackerel, preferably in that tomato sauce it comes in, I’m not so keen on it in brine. I watched Happily N’ever after, it was okay but not quite as good as I’d imagined it to be. I’m glad I didn’t see it when it was out. Then I watched Howl’s Moving Castle again. That’s the third time in two weeks. I either really love that film or I’m getting extremely bored. The films I can watch are rather limited. There seems to be a bit of a rave across from my window. I doubt I’ll get much sleep.
I’m so happy, the second series of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is up and running, just the first episode so far, I’m guessing it must take a while but it’s a start. I’m sooo happy!
And, to top it all off my cold’s clearing up a bit. In case I didn’t tell you it started rearing up on Tuesday and I got some lemsip. I was planning to limit myself to one a day then because it wasn’t so bad but yesterday I was coughing a lot so I had one before I went to bed too. It’s been better today but I’ll still have one tonight, now in fact because it’s quarter to 12.
At the moment, right now, I’m thinking about Howl’s Moving Castle again. I’ve a sneaky suspicion that I’ll watch it again next week or possibly the week after, but I’m pretty sure I’ll watch it again within the next two weeks. I’ll try to update you on that if I remember.
Well, I’m not sure what else to say. Sorry about that.
Oh yes, my cyborg story has reach a fifth chapter which I'll have to end soon because I'm running out of things for that scene. The way I see it in my mind and therefore they way I'm writing it seems to be more suited to a cartoon like Ghost in the Shell, actually I'm betting that's where my main inspiration came from when I started it. I doubt it'll ever get published, let alone turned into a cartoon. I'd probably have lawsuits coming out of my ears from the whole Ghost in the Shell people but I'll keep writing it as long as the inspiration's there because the more I write the more experience I'll get and the more likely I'll get to finishing a story and maybe even making it worthwhile to be published. I can hope. But at the moment I'm just writing it for fun, like my Doctor Who sript which has come to a standstill now.
Oh, and in further news we've got a phone on our floor now. It's quite close to me but it's not right outside so I can't really complain.
Well, now that's about everything I think.
Bluebiird out.
