Sci Fi Story

Ahhh, back on solid land. I was rushed in for an emergency. Apparently there was an opening in a Radiation Source Handling class. It was fun to work offshore again, and I will truly miss working with my brother for the time being, but I must go forth and learn.

I had taken only 3 books with me for the job, and made it through one and a half of them. I read a book by comedian Lewis Black, and the first half of Battlecry by Leon Uris. I was hoping to get to Umberto Eco's Baudolino soon, but it wasn't in the cards. Perhaps on the next jobj. The Gulf Coast has been unseasonably cool, and no serious storms to note. Hmm, now its time for my monthly laundry scavenger hunt.
