Well, today’s been okay.
I slept in quite late, I’d have slept in longer but I think something woke me up, I can’t remember what though. Today looked to be quite dull. I had nothing to do until 2 when there was a creative writing and English literature thing. I spoke to a couple of people at breakfast and all, I had some toast with jam with my cereal because I hadn’t eaten much last night. I went to the English literature talk but the creative writing talk wasn’t in the same place. I ended up staying for the literature talk though and we had a quiz too and my knowledge of fictional animals proved helpful for the first questions, but then they got steadily worse. It was quite fun though, we didn’t win but it was okay, we were close.
Then I crept over to the creative writing talk, what was left of it. One of the girls I met a couple of days ago, at the film and pizza night, was there, she’s doing creative writing too. After it was over she came over to talk to me, I was picking at a plate of crisps because I hadn’t eaten. We talked for a while, she’s in another house and she asked to see what my room was like so I showed her. We ended up talking for about an hour and we’ve made plans to go to the other film and pizza event but it’s in the furthest college that’s not part of the main cluster so I’m a bit worried about walking back because it was dark last time, though it was an hour late. We’ll have to see how we go.
Well, that’s about it now, the only other thing was that I was planning to have a shower tonight but that plan’s a bit scuppered, but it’s mainly because I need to wash my hair. I’m wondering if I could do it over the sink, but it’s quite a shallow sink, I’ll have to see.
I’ll see if the kitchen’s free to make a jam sandwich.

Ended up eating a cereal bar instead. The film we saw was school of rock, it was okay.
The fresher's fair's on now but there's a big queue and I'm wondering if my wristband will ge tme through. I hope so. Well, I'd better be going.
