One Year

Ok so this blog is now one year old (well tomorrow) and like with all my previous attempts at blogging in different parts of nowhere in particular it has been very much like the buses - wait around for a post then 3 come at once.
I usually start these things with the best of intentions and the deluded belief that what I have to say is in anyway either insightful or holds any degree of interest for anyone. Soon I become aware however that I am writing gibberish and things which only really hold any interest for me.
I have undergone a few changes in perspective over the past year:
1) It is no use complaining about the injustices of the world, nothing will ever be any different despite how loud I shout.
2) I will not be voting in any election in my lifetime, nothing ever changes. Maybe some form of dictatorship is best for the ruling of countries - at least then people wont hold onto the blind hope that things will somehow magically improve because one group of lying bampots has replaced the previous ones
3) My main solace (sport) is not providing me with the same feelings of excitement that it used to. How I wish it was like when I was 8 and my joys were linked to the performances of 11 men kicking a ball around for 90mins on a Saturday afternoon
4) I cant find anything I want to read. I havent bought a new book in months.
Apathy your home is here
