I'm a Diced Tomato

Yeah, the funeral wasn't very fun. I mean, there were a few laughs in memory of her, and that cheered us all up but it was really sad, of course. I felt like an idiot when I walked in because her mom was there to greet people in the front and she said, "I'm Naomi's mom..." and I just was like, "Yeah..." Yeah?! YEAH?!?!!?!?! Is that all you can think of to say, BRAIN? How about "I'M SORRY." Guh. I was just so speechless. Her coffin was...open at the front and I really didn't like that. Fortunately I was in the back and all I saw was maybe her arms and I looked away. Later on I went to burial and I said "I'm sorry" to her mom and Naomi's little sister. Everyone released pink and purple balloons for her into the sky because those were her favorite colors and purple also represents CF.



I just finished looking at the pictures and reading the report (here: http://www.mutatovisual.com/html/reports/calstate07/calstate07.html) for the art show I missed, and I really, really don't think I could have handled it. I would have been crying and there was free ice cream and I probably would have taken one bite of ice cream and thrown up on Mark's feet because he was out there just HANGING OUT with the people there eating ice cream with them.

I also have to say that his handwriting is really, REALLY cool.

I'm glad I didn't go. @_@ It would have been way too much.

I feel sick.

I also FINALLY saw Rushmore last night. I liked it a lot. Wes Anderson is cool.
